Hanna Kroeger

Hanna Kroeger is a recognized icon in natural healing worldwide. Throughout her years, Hanna affected thousands of people with her cheerful disposition and her accomplishments in the field of natural health care.

As a mother and nurse, Hanna embodied resourcefulness. In the early 1950s, Hanna moved from Germany to the United States and settled in Boulder, Colorado. In these early days of herbal discovery, Hanna started one of the first health food stores in the heart of Boulder.

From her small shop, Hanna shared her mastery of the restorative powers of European and American herbs. Called the “Grandmother of Health”, Hanna received numerous awards for her contributions and profound understanding of healing herbs.
